PARTIES/EVENTS

Would you like to have tumbling fun with your friends? Have your Party/Event at A Time To Tumble. Parties/events are billed in 1.25 hour blocks. This includes 45 minutes of non stop fun in the form of instructional gym time for kiddos and 30 minutes for destert/gifts.

COST: NON- MEMBERS-$100.00 for up to 10 children $7.00 for each additional child.
MEMBERS- $90.00 for up to 10 children; $6.00 for each additional child.
DEPOSIT:  $50.00 – Due at time of reservation. Deposit money is included in total package price. Full balance must be paid 10 days prior to party day.  You will be charged per the number of children you list on the form below. No refunds for children not showing up. If you have additional children attending the party, please notify A Time To Tumble. Deposit amount is non-refundable.
                        **You must cancel 10 days prior to party date for a full refund, not including deposit.  


WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:  Children, cake, beverages, table covers, plates, napkins, plastic ware, cups and any special decorations you may require.
WHAT WE PROVIDE:   A Fun safe environment for your children; an exciting and energetic coach; balloons, tables, chairs and clean up.  Each guest will receive a coupon for $5.00 off a gymnastics class here at our gym.
*ADDITIONALLY: We will provide plates, napkins, plastic ware, tablecloth, candles & decorate for an additional $25.00 Please let us know if you need this service and what colors you prefer. We purchase in solid colors and will try our best to get your child’s favorite color.
